The present Regulation lays down the marketing standard for table grapes, which shall apply at all stages of marketing in compliance with the provisions established in Regulation (EC) No. 2200/96. For the purposes of these provisions, “table grapes” means varieties grown from Vitis vinifera L. to be supplied fresh to the consumer. Table grapes for industrial processing are excluded.
