In accordance with Regulation (EEC) No. 2847/93 establishing a control system applicable to the common fisheries policy, Member States are required to report at regular intervals to the Commission data relating to stocks taken by fishing vessels flying their flag. Therefore this Regulation lays down further provisions for implementing Regulation 2847/93/EC.
