This Regulation lays down specific rules for implementing Regulation (EC) No. 797/2004, which requires Member States to adopt particular programmes in the field of apicultural production. Such programmes must contain the information specified by article 1. Member States are also required to forward to the Commission, together with their national apiculture programmes, documents specifying their respective monitoring systems.
