Commission Regulation (EU) No. 1027/2013 establishing a prohibition of fishing for cod in Skagerrak area by vessels flying the flag of Sweden.

Due to exhaustion of the quota allocated (as from 11 October 2013), this Regulation prohibits fishing activities for cod in Skagerrak area by vessels flying the flag of or registered in Sweden. In particular it shall be prohibited to retain on board, relocate, tranship or land fish from that stock caught by those vessels after 11 October 2013.
