The Annex to this Regulation specifies those health claims that shall not be included in the European Union list of permitted claims as provided for in article 13(3) of Regulation (EC) No. 1924/2006. However, those used prior to the entry into force of this Regulation may continue to be used for a maximum period of six months after the entry into force of this Regulation.
