The fishing quota allocated to the United Kingdom for mackerel in areas IIIa and IV; EU waters of IIa, IIIb, IIIc and Subdivisions 22-32 is deemed to be exhausted as from 27 November 2013. Therefore this Regulation prohibits fishing for mackerel in those areas to vessels flying the flag of or registered in United Kingdom. In particular it shall be prohibited to retain on board, relocate, tranship or land fish from that stock caught by those vessels after that date.
