The fishing quota allocated to Germany for 2012 for the stock of herring in European Union and Norwegian waters of IV north of 53° 30′ N is deemed to be exhausted. Therefore this Regulation prohibits fishing for that species in those waters to vessels flying the flag of or registered in Germany.
