The fishing quota allocated for 2013 to Spain for haddock in VIIb-k, VIII, IX and X; EU waters of CECAF 34.1.1 is deemed to be exhausted. Therefore this Regulation prohibits fishing for that stock by vessels flying the flag of or registered in Spain.
