The fishing quota allocated to United Kingdom for sandeel and associated by-catches in European Union waters of IIa, IIIa and IV and European Union waters of sandeel management areas 1, 2, 3, 4 and 6 (excluding waters within six nautical miles of UK baselines at Shetland, Fair Isle and Foula) is hereby deemed to be exhausted from 4 July 2013.
