The fishing quota allocated to Belgium for haddock in areas VIIb-k, VIII, IX and X; EU waters of CECAF 34.1.1 for 2013 is deemed to be exhausted from 10 December 2013. Therefore this Regulation prohibits fishing for that stock in that zone to vessels flying the flag of or registered in Belgium. In particular it shall be prohibited to retain on board, relocate, tranship or land fish from that stock caught by those vessels after that date.
