The quota allocated to Portugal for 2013 for haddock in Norwegian waters of I and II is deemed to be exhausted as from 30 July 2013. Therefore this Regulation prohibits fishing for that stock in that zone to vessels flying the flag of or registered in Portugal, as from that date. In particular it shall be prohibited to retain on board, relocate, tranship or land fish from that stock caught by those vessels after that date.
