This Communiqué outlines the procedures applied to production, importation, exportation and usage of feed additives and pre-mixes in compliance with Articles 2,5 Law No 1734 "Feeds", Article 12 "Regulation on Feeds" and EU regulations. Individuals and companies involved in production shall be licensed by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs. The resulting production shall be registered before being distributed in the market. Registered trade names shall not resemble any other brand and
