This Communique provides for financial support to both individuals and companies dealing with or producing rice, cotton, potato, beans, chickpea, crops, hybrid tomato and hybrid cucumber seeds , who will be granted a Seed Producer Certificate by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs.
