These Regulations declare Annex IV of the Regulation (EC) No. 999/2001 of the European Parliament and of the Council laying down rules for the prevention, control and eradication of certain transmissible spongiform encephalopathies to have full effect in Jersey, subject to the modifications set out in these Regulations. The Regulations also specify powers of inspectors and define certain offences.
