The present Ordinance implements article 5a of the Landscape Planning Law of 5 February 1979. In particular, the Ordinance establishes that financial compensation under article 5 of the afore-mentioned Landscape Act shall be paid for interventions in nature and landscape that cannot be restored or substituted.
