The present Ordinance implements the EC Consumer Protection Implementation Act of 21 December 2006 (BGBl. I p. 3367). In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the correct and efficient enforcement of the afore-mentioned Act in Nordrhein-Westfalen.
