Complementary Law No. 523 amending the Environmental Code within the State of Mato Grosso.

This Complementary Law amends the Environmental Code within the State of Mato Grosso. Amendments establish that Forest License will be issued in the form of regulation, with the approval of the Plan for Sustainable Forest Management. The Forest license will be used for cutting cycle adopted in the Plan for Sustainable Forest Management. The Sustainable Forest Management Plan-PMFS and its Operating Authorization Forest-AUTEX will be allowed upon approval of the Rural Environmental Registry.
