This Law, consisting of 39 articles divided into two Chapters, establishes the State Policy on Forests and other Forms of Vegetation. The Policy is a set of principles, objectives and instruments of action for the purpose of preserving, conserving and recovering the natural flora heritage and contributing to the socio-economic development of the State of Pará, in accordance with the State Environmental Policy and the Federal Legislation. The forests and other forms of vegetation make up the heri
