The purpose of these Rules is to strengthen confidentiality management with regard to agricultural science and technology. The Rules are divided into 5 Chapters: General provisions (I); Scope and classification of agricultural science and technology secrets (II); Agricultural science and technology secret class determination, change and decryption (III); Confidential management of agricultural science and technology secrets (IV); Supplementary provisions (V).
