Conservation of Agricultural Resources Act: Establishment of a Weed Control Scheme (G.N.R. No. 1044 of 1984).

This Notice, made by the Deputy Minister of Agriculture under section 8 of the Conservation of Agricultural Resources Act, establishes a Weed Control Scheme. This Scheme shall promote the combating of certain weeds with a view of maintaining production potential of agricultural land. The Scheme shall apply to all land in an area specified in the Table to these Regulations. The Scheme provides for the supply of weed killers, at certain conditions, to participants in the Scheme.
