Conservation of Environment (Compounding of Offences) Rules 1999

The Governor (Yang di Pertua Negeri) of the Sabah State has enacted these provisions in implementation of Section 22 of the Conservation of Environment Enactment 1996. They regulate the compounding of offences under sections 3(3), 8(4), 12(3), 18 and 19 of the above-mentioned Enactment.
