Contained Use of Genetically Modified Micro-Organisms (Amendment) Regulations, 2002 (L.N. No. 194 of 2002).

These Regulations amend the principal regulations by replacing the Annexes. The Annexes specify techniques of genetic modification, list principles to be followed for the assessment under the Regulations, list containment and other protective measures, and specify information required for the notification referred to in article 6 of the principal Regulations.
