This Order, made pursuant article 5 of the Agriculture (Guaranteed Prices and Financial Assistance) (Jersey) Law 1965, allows the Minister to make, subject to certain conditions, contributions to occupiers in respect of purchase of approved material for the purpose of controlling an infestation of agricultural land. The Order sets out the requirements and procedure for obtaining contributions and provides rules for the calculation of contributions.
