These Regulations amend Controlled Waste (Registration of Carriers and Seizure of Vehicles) Regulations 1991. They: (a) require applications to be made on a prescribed form provided by specified authorities; and (b) provide for the fees to be charged to an applicant to be those specified in or determined under a scheme made by the appropriate Agency under section 41 of the Environment Act 1995.
