These Regulations implement provisions of the Copra Marketing Board Act 1983 with respect to: application for registration by exporters and manufacturers under section 31 of the Act, the certificate of registration, returns by registered exporters and manufacturers, de-registration, authorization of advance by Minister under section 28 of the Act and accounting and payment of levy.
