Feed materials may not be put into circulation within the Community unless they are sound, genuine and of merchantable quality. In accordance with the Annex hereby attached, the present Directive lays down amendments to Annexes I and II to Directive 1999/29/EC, which fix the MRLs for certain substances and products contained in feedingstuffs.
