Council Directive 2001/64/EC amending Directive 66/401/EEC on the marketing of fodder plant seed and Directive 66/402/EEC on the marketing of cereal seed.

Directive 66/401/EC is hereby amended as follows: article 10d shall be inserted; article 21 shall be replaced by the text laid down in article 1, paragraph 2 of this Directive. Moreover, Directive 66/402/EEC shall be amended as follows: article 10a shall be added; article 21 shall be replaced by the provisions laid down in article 2, paragraph 2 of this Directive.
