This Directive lays down particular amendments to the Directives referred to in the Title. The overall aim of these amendments is the simplification of the procedures for official seed certification of 'certified seed` of all categories. The aim is to be attained by allowing the performance of inspections by inspectors other than those charged with official examination by the seed certification authority.
