The Tea Development and Marketing Enterprise established by Council of Ministers Regulation No. 152 of 1993 is hereby dissolved. Rights and obligations of the Enterprise shall be transferred to the following enterprises: the Tea Production and Marketing Enterprise established by Regulations No. 28/1998; the Wush Wush Tea Development Enterprise established by Regulations No. 30/1998; and Tea Production and Marketing Enterprise established by Regulations No. 28/1998.
