There is hereby established the Gumaro Tea Development Enterprise as a public enterprise in the sense of the Public Enterprise Proclamation No. 25/1992. This enterprise shall be engaged in the development of tea plantations and the preliminary processing of tea and shall carry out other activities related to those mentioned.
