There is hereby established the Tea Production and Marketing Enterprise as a public enterprise in the sense of the Public Enterprise Proclamation No. 25/1992. This enterprise shall be engaged in the processing of tea and the marketing of processed tea and shall carry out other activities related to those mentioned. The enterprise shall have a head office in Addis Ababa and may establish branch offices. A Supervising Authority of the enterprise shall be designated by the Government. (9 articles)
