This Resolution aims to provide for the poultry farms system, and it consists of 18 articles starting with some definitions. A committee will be established to be concerned with applications for licensing and registration and following up on poultry farms (Art.2). No person shall create or expand a poultry farm unless licensed by the Ministry (Art.3). Article 5 states that poultry farms failing to meet the conditions of the bio security program issued by the Ministry cannot be granted a license.
