This Regulation amends and supplements Regulation (EC) No. 51/2006 as regards fishing effort limitations and conditions for basking sharks and white sharks. Moreover, it amends the Annexes attached to Regulation (EC) No. 51/2006 and Regulation (EC) No. 2270/2004.
