Sweden and Finland are authorized, for a transitional period, to place on the market fish with dioxin levels higher than those set as maximum levels, provided that consumers are informed as regards dietary recommendations relating to the restrictions on consumption of fish in order to avoid potential health risks. With regard to dioxins in certain foodstuffs (those referred to in section 5 to Annex I to the main Regulation), it shall prohibited to mix products complying with the maximum levels w
