This Regulation lays down the rules under which a traditional speciality guaranteed may be recognized for the following foodstuffs and agricultural products for human consumption: beer; chocolate and other food preparations containing cocoa; bread; pasta; prepared condiment sauces; beverages made from plant extracts.
