The Council of the European Community hereby approves the Fisheries Partnership Agreement between the Democratic Republic of São Tomé and Príncipe and the European Community. Moreover, the Regulation allocates among certain Member States the fishing opportunities set out in the Protocol annexes to the Agreement.
