This Regulation establishes the fishing opportunities for certain fish stocks and groups of fish stocks applicable in the Baltic Sea for 2012. Furthermore, it amends Regulation (EC) No. 1124/2010 as regards the management of the fishing effort applicable to cod stocks in the Baltic Sea. These provisions apply to European Union fishing vessels operating in the Baltic Sea.
