This Regulation fixes the fishing opportunities available to European Union vessels for certain fish stocks and groups of fish stocks which are not subject to international negotiations or agreements. These fishing opportunities include catch limits for the year 2013 and fishing effort limits for the period from 1 February 2013 to 31 January 2014. Article 4 specifies the fishing zones covered by these provisions.
