Le présent décret régit l’organisation, le fonctionnement du Fonds National de Développement AgroSylvo-Pastoral (FNDASP). Le FNDASP vise le financement, sur une base sélective, des programmes de recherche AgroSylvoPastorale, de conseil AgroSylvoPastoral, de formation des producteurs et d’appui institutionnel aux organisations de producteurs.
