This Act empowers the Minister to make Regulations for Zambia, or any part thereof, for all or any of the following purposes: (a) prescribing the qualifications, powers and duties of inspectors; (b) prescribing the manner in which premises, numbers and marks shall be registered under this Act; (c) prescribing the manner of branding or marking on packages containing dairy produce; (d) prescribing the conditions upon which and the manner in which samples shall be taken for purposes of inspection,
