These Regulations provide for Dairy Adjustment Authority established by clause 55 of Schedule 2 to the Dairy Produce Act Act such as convening and frequency of meetings, attendance at meetings, quorum, presiding member, voting, minutes and records and procedure. The Authority shall carry out functions under the DSAP scheme or the SDA scheme or anyhow imposed by the Act.
