The Act provides for inspection of dairy produce and regulations certain aspects of its sale and exportation. Sections 5 to 13 provide for powers of inspectors with respect to inspection and sanitation, and place restrictions on disposal of butter and cheese. Section 11 specifies duties of owner of diseased stock.
