This regulation implements the Dairy Industry Act 1993. It covers the classification of certain products as “dairy produce” and “market milk” (sect. 3), the classification of licences (sects. 6 – 8), the definition of prescribed diseases under the Act (sect. 9), charges relating to condemned dairy produce (sect. 11) and charges on appeals (sect. 13).
