Extension of licences undersection 42 of the Dairy Produce Act, 1924. 1.-Every licence granted under sub-ion (2) ofsection 42 of the Dairy Produce Act, 1924 (No. 58 of 1924), and in force on the 2nd day of November, 1927, shall, if the premises to which such licence relates were registered in the register of manufacturing exporters on the said 2nd day of November, 1927, remain in force until the 17th day of December, 1930, but shall continue until that date to be subject and liable to revocation
An Act to extend for a limited period the time during which certain licences granted under section 42 of the Dairy Produce Act, 1924, are to remain in force and for that purpose to amend the said section 42 of the said Act.
