The principal Regulations are amended, apart from some minor amendments in subregulation 5 (1) which now reads: “For paragraph 5 (1) (a) of the Act, the research levy imposed by paragraph 6 (1) (f) of Schedule 6 to the Primary Industries (Excise) Levies Act 1999 is attached to the Corporation”. These Regulations also replace regulation 6 which prescribes that, for subsection 32 (2) of the Act, the Minister must determine the amount of the gross value of production of milk, for a financial year,
