This Act concerns the transportation and handling of hazardous waste and substances in order to prevent environmental damage and contamination. The Act provides for licences for the handling and transport of such substances, the registration of hazardous substances and wastes, packaging and storing dangerous goods and hazardous substances, precautions to be taken and actions to be implemented in case of accidents, inspections and enforcement, offences and penalties and also for dispute settlemen
