These Regulations specify requirements for the placing upon the market and use of dangerous chemicals and their compounds listed in the Schedule. These dangerous substances and preparations shall be placed upon the market or used subject to conditions specified for each substance or preparation. Points 29,30 and 31 of the Schedule refer to Council Directive 76/769/EEC.
