These Regulations shall apply to the marketing and use of dangerous substances and preparations listed in the Schedules to these Regulations. They shall not apply to transport of dangerous substances, to dangerous substances and preparations intended for export and substances and preparations in transit. “Substances” and “preparations” are defined in regulations 3. Dangerous substances and preparations listed in the Schedule may be placed on the market or used only subject to the conditions spec
