These Regulations prohibit, subject to exceptions, the supply of products containing certain dangerous substances and preparations including carcinogens, mutagens, chlorinated solvents, toxic substances for reproduction, and listed in Schedule 2 to these Regulations. They in part apply to veterinary products. These Regulations implement Community legislation on the approximation of the laws, regulations and administrative provisions of the Member States relating to restrictions on the marketing
