These Regulations amend Regulations relative to various actions to be taken by manufactures, distributors and importers of dangerous chemical substances in the framework of the European Communities, such as investigation of, testing, classification, labelling and notification of such substances. They add Directive 2001/59/59 to the Definition of "Directive" in regulation 3.1.
